Mindfulness Events and Courses

Introductory workshops on mindfulness are excellent opportunities to explore and experience the potential benefits of mindfulness practice. These workshops typically provide a glimpse into what mindfulness is and how it can positively impact various aspects of your life, such as your overall well-being and health. By participating in these events, you can gain insight into mindfulness techniques, learn practical applications, and determine if it resonates with you.


There will be 2 hr workshops and 8-week MBSR [Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction] courses run in Swansea. They will be held at:
