Five Element Acupuncture emphasises the importance of identifying and treating the underlying cause of the illness, not just the outward manifestation.

Huw‘s acupuncture treatments have helped thousands of men and women to recover their vitality and health and make positive changes to their lifestyles. In his last practice, as director of The Complete Health Care in London’s City Road, his client base, largely made up of overworked, high achieving city executives, gave him unique insights into the impact on the body of today’s demanding lifestyles. Clients often presented some of the now common complaints of, fatigue and tiredness, insomnia, anxiety, depression, digestive disorders, skin complaints and more distressingly for those trying to start families - infertility. The prevalence of these problems has led Huw to focus specifically on the alleviation of these conditions from the root causes, bringing health and well being to the very core of the individual.
